About the Role:

RespectAdultDayHealthCare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team in Sudbury, MA. Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and document participants' health status and care needs on a daily basis
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and family members regarding participant health concerns
Provide health education and wellness support to participants and their caregivers
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line clinical intervention as needed
Ensure compliance with state and federal adult day health care regulations and standards

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
Experience in geriatric care, adult day health, or community health nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
CPR/BLS certification required
Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive demeanor
